Private video processing and file retention
Local restoration processes footage on your computer. Cloud restoration uploads your source after sign-in when you request a preview. Cloud sources expire after 24 hours and are deleted after full processing; job results expire 72 hours after the job was created. Videos are not used for model training.
What happens when you select a file
Selecting a file on the homepage does not upload it. Requesting a cloud preview uploads it to private storage after authentication. Transfers use HTTPS. User videos and results are not public website pages, galleries or searchable media.
The desktop edition checks account access online, while local footage stays on the computer unless you choose to use the cloud workflow.
Access and deletion deadlines
Cloud access is tied to the owner and expiring file links. Authorized administrators can review private uploads for support and moderation; administrative actions are audited. Private does not mean that operators have no access.
Sources expire after 24 hours or are deleted after full processing. Job results expire 72 hours after job creation. Access ends at expiry; scheduled cleanup normally removes expired files within 15 minutes. Download results before the deadline shown in your job history.
Keep an original and a local result
The service is a processing tool, not permanent video storage. Keep your original footage and save any result you want to retain. Account, job and financial records can remain for history and billing even after video files expire.
Only process videos you own or have permission to use. For the full account-data and payment terms, read the privacy policy and service terms linked below.
